Hello there!

My name is András, by day I am working as an electrical engineer for a big company, by night I am Batman a freelance game developer enthusiast. I am a passionate programmer, systems developer and digital tool engineer from Hungary who loves building applications focused on and around videogames.

Welcome to my webpage!
Read along to find out more about what I do.

Introduction

I am currently working full-time as a senior embedded software engineer in Budapest, HU in the automotive sector, developing tools to help fellow colleagues. However, in my spare time you'll frequently find me working on videogame development related projects. I like to dip my toes in all aspects of the development process, like texturing, modelling, vfx, however my passion is in systems design and programming the backend architecture.

I started my professional career as an electrical engineer developing low-level custom hardware using FPGAs and the VHDL programming language. I will never lose my passion with this technology... However as time passed I grew increasingly fond of the process of building standalone software and developing games.

I love participating in game jams, building games using the Unity game engine and I am always on the lookout for new clients with interesting projects to work on.

My hobbies include working out, doing DIY stuff around the garden, playing and developing videogames, staying up to date with AI and blockchain thechnologies and most importantly spending time with the family.

This webpage serves as my portfolio. Here you can see my projects, ideas, devlogs or any other fun stuff I've had the opportunity of contributing to. Feel free to browse around and contact me.
